By accepting the terms of service during the sign up process you agree to the following:

1. WE refers to the creator, owner and provider of the phenomate.com service.
2. YOU (an individual or company accessing our service) use the service hosted on phenomate.com exclusively on *your own risk*. Our service is provided on a "as is" basis. We explicitly deny any liabilities in this respect. Damage, harm, crashes of computers, data loss, revelation of sensitive information or any other danger affecting you is solely your own risk. If you do not accept this do NOT use our service.
3. All mentioned trademarks, brands and models are property of the respective trademark holders. We do not own any of these trademarks nor do we claim ownership.
4. Abuse or excessive use of our service will lead to temporary or permanent ban.
5. Information presented on phenomate.com is not necessarily guaranteed to be correct at any time. For your own safety double-check the provided information by contacting the vendor or producer.
6. Invalidity of any of the mentioned conditions does not invalidate other conditions.
7. You agree that WE may modify the terms of service at any time. A new version of the terms of service will be sent to the email address used during sign up. The new version of the terms of service will come into effect immediately. If you do not accept the new version of the terms of service it is your responsibility to unregister from our service immediately.
8. The terms of service shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. In case of any legal matters court of jurisdiction is Zuerich, Switzerland.
